The functions of the accessibility bar the user has activated are stored in local cookie files. The browsing pages remember these options resulting in a user-friendly browsing. The functions stored in cookies are the opening state of the accessibility bar and the shortcuts sidebar as well (open/closed), the high contrast/grayscale mode, the font resizing and the text highlighting. TAB navigation is always enabled, whether the accessibility bar is open or closed. Navigating the various pages of the website via keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys) is enabled only when the accessibility bar is open.
